It might be easier to say what doesn't.

The DL is awful. I love Ratliff and that tackle in the backfield was sweet but as a 3-4 NT, he doesn't have it. Move him to DE and only inside on passing downs if you need to. This DL couldn't stuff the run all night and got man handled. Also couldn't get after Manning any. Spears is all but gone after this year, we shouldn't have resigned him. We need a monster NT and Campbell for the DL to be real good. You need someone that will free up the LBs. When Dallas brough a blitz, every man got picked up. No one, not even Ware could get a sack or get free.

The Secondary is awful. Sensy had a ok game but Elam was no where to be found on long plays. Jenkins looked good but gets hurt to often. Newman has to go. We need a shut down CB, easier said than done I know.

OL needs to get fixed. Free got owned all night by Paul. SMith has looked good this year and last night, I see them flipping spots next year.
Kowalski looked good when he replaced Costa, actually looked better IM, but we still need to upgrade across the interior.

another top tier CB in the draft and Scandrick back in the slot and Jenkins and a good vent to fight for a starting spot

Sensi at SS is alright solid play but we need a FS that is at least in his league Elam is ok I rather have someone else.

ILB Bruce carter needs to start playing next week James/Brooking gone and another vet ilb that can cover and be solid

DL I am up for moving rat to DE and we need another one another NT unless lessimore and Brent can take over or is lessimore better as a DE as well do not have that answer ?

Offense better quickness in the slot and for punt returns

Interior oline upgrade we need at least one-two vet linemen that are good. We need two have 1-2 of the young guys step up and make a big jump. be it klowski, Naggy or Akrin do not care one of them needs to take the next step this offseason.

Holland, kosier both need to go and no more Big type free agents over rated and overpayed. i rather go for someone like kosier when he was young.

Dez has to get the route running down this summer period end of story

We need a second TE that can catch and block not all world but someone who produces when it matters.

We hopefully able to get some coaches that the team tried to get last offseason but where not able to due to contracts etc. New oline coach, Campo replacement and so on and so forth.

I know you mean SPencer but Ware didn't have a sack all game either. Both had vert similiar stats last night.
You act like upgrading over Spencer is easy to do. Spencer is a very good player. Not great but good and upgrading over him is going to be very hard to do.

I think if this DL can get a push and take on more blockers then the OLB would have alot more freedom. Spencer and Ware were getting doubled and chipped all night last night.

Spencer overall is not that good he is not even Tony Tolbert good sorry I have to disagree we can get what he gives us most games which is not much.

We don't need to upgrade Ware, but he needs to actually show up next season. The guy get's his sack for the game and other than that get's no pressure at all on the QB for the rest of a given game.

What needs to be fixed? Start with the crybaby 'Cowboy' fans who mistake a bathroom for insights.

This team isn't a powerhouse yet...and that has been obvious since about the Jets game. So, there will be some additions up in the box area this next off season. Until then, this team is leaving their guts on the field.

At least the fans should be appreciative of them giving their all, even if it is on equal footing with all comers until the very last second played.

For a good, and not great team....that is bringing us good football. Sometimes wisdom says be thankful while the iron is hot, to have an iron.

I'm sorry that DeMarco Murray won't get a chance for a 1,000 yard season now. I'm pretty happy with the direction still going in the receiver group of Miles Austin, Dez Bryant, and anyone questioning Laurent Robinson still?
