What really needs to happen dallas is that a new coach is brought in one who knows what he is doing. Also a whole new staff that he hires and he is given control over the team. Jerry the Gm needs to step back if he wont step down, also he and son Stephen need to just shut up. The coach needs to have total control over all players including the quarter back if he cant figure out he needs to run the ball and not go away from it tell him run the play that is called. Also a shake up in the front office wont hurt either. Of course I am sure its only a dream this is so frustrating and disappointing.
