What playbook did we use today?

The pretty snap action was k moore playbook the actual plays were standard Garrett plays. If you watch the game all the stuff pre snap was different but where the guys went on the field was the same, the defense was just more out of position due to where guys lined up and where they went.

As a side note, Moore was fantastic today but teams have no idea what to expect yet. After a few weeks, they will adjust. That deep middle isn't going to be completely uncovered all season long. The real test of Moore will come once the chess game of moves and counters starts. When teams start to take away his most successful plays, will he come up with things that work?

As a caveat to even that, if teams are living in fear of deep middle or sideline runs then moore has won half the battle already.

No, the details are different.

That screen pass to Zeke for example. There are changes in the details.

My guess is that's the plan to make people move to counter this. Then they can shift hack and yo to more Elliott. Lean either way based what the defense is looking for.

Kellen Moore's new and sure to be best seller called "How I plan on putting Defensive Coordinator's on notice" available everywhere tomorrow.

Same playbook as before. We use the same scheme, same concepts as before. The difference was how Moore called which plays. By game 6 other teams will know Moores tendencies too. It will be fun to see how he evolves his play calling and play selection. So far he is killing it.

Here’s a stack of Linehans playbooks
