Offense
1. Jerry Jones: More humility and the ability to take a step back from personnel machinations.
2. Wade: A new job as defensive coordinator here or somewhere else.
3. Garrett: a more diversified game plan, one that showcases more unpredictability and less reliance on the "big play" to Witten or T.O.
4. Choice: More looks as a receiver who blocks then flies under the radar. A real headache for opponents
5. RW the receiver. More patience while T.O. slowly edges his way out of Dallas.
6. Romo: better blockers that don't make him throw the ball as quickly as he gets it.
7. Proctor: More heart/ability
8. Flo: better instincts for getting off his lineman's stance.
9. T.O.: More humility, more of an understanding that no player is bigger than the well being of the team.
10. Witten: More of a backbone to say "I've done nothing wrong. Don't make T.O.'s insecurities my problem." And forget those "he's a competitor and I respect him" crap because some people just don't appreciate humility and sincerety. Save the nice words for your family and players who support you, not backstab you.

Defense:
1. Stew: A plane ticket to . . . anywhere. You are done.
2. Reid: A plane ticket to . . . Miami so you can muck up this up and coming team. Before you geniuses cry: He's not all defense!" Just categorizing, you ladies.
3. Ware: A bag of more money
4. Newman: A box of cigars for anchoring the far field defense
5. Ellis: A bottle of good rum for keeping his mouth shut for once.
6. Bradie: An All-Pro trip next season for working your way from a nothing/confused linebacker to a confident and efficient one.
7. Pac-Man: A round of applause for coming back from that new injury and for getting thrown by that Steelers' thug and never even complaining about that dirty play that the Commish should have fined.
8. Ratliff: A case of Shiner for your swagger and for helping stop up the line consistently.
9. Scandrick/Jenkins: Pony rides for blossoming so soon and contributing almost weekly.
10. McBriar: A big get well card for mending your injury. Cowboys need you back desperately.
