A big decision is coming at number 2 receiver. As of today it looks like they have several options.

1. Sign Keenan Allen. This would cost them some money. Maybe 12 to 15 million a year on a 2 year deal.

2. Trade for Courtland Sutton. Maybe they could trade pick 12 for Sutton and pick 20. They then would have Sutton and could draft their running back and the do have the cap space to sign Sutton to a multi year deal.

3. Draft Tet McMillan, or Emeka Egbuka, or Golden. This puts the 2 spot on the shoulders of a rookie.

4. Sign Tyler Lockett and still draft a rookie.

sign Allen and they can delay drafting one. Turpin, Tolbert, et. al could be #3, #4...don't sign Allen and they have to draft one in the first round and RB in the second round. not saying they should reach, perhaps trade down for value, but this year is deep in RB and not so deep at WR, so WRs got to go early.

Just draft a guy. At most one or two go before we pick and there’s a handful of quality WR. Don’t get caught up in 40 times, look at route running and actual production

What is the deal here???? Why is there all this talk about needing a No. 2 receiver when the Boys don't have a No.1 QB sniffing the roster.

Why delay? It’s very likely top OT’s and DT are gone. This draft is deep at RB and CB. All of our other needs are either gonna be picked over or at a deep position that can be addressed later

why delay? if they sign Allen, then he is stop gap....and we have needs at DT and CB...I know we are not letting Diggs go this year, and he will suck for another year and jerry will let him walk next year....but if they don't sign Allen, they have to draft one early...I say in the first, not saying at 12, but perhaps trade down a bit and get value...

Depends on who and how many are there at 12. In McMillan is there I take him

1) They are not going to spend $12 to $15 million on a free agent.

2) Why would Denver give up Sutton just to trade up eight spots.

3) Draft is most likely since they signed Campbell in free agency.

4) They could trade a late-round pick for a vet or pick up another cheap vet in FA, but I think Lockett could be out of their price range as well. I think if they look for another, it will be someone in the $3 million to $5 million range. Lockett's market value is almost $8 million.

Utilize Turpin as a Beasley type .... but also able to get deep .

Gives Dak a safety vslve that Beasley was

Take TE Warren, or TMac.... guys that are big targets... attribute of size

Gives team speed factor, beasley factor....red zone factor

Paris Campbell.

They signed him with all that money they freed up.

They are going to draft a WR and have their WR2 on a rookie deal.

I like option 2, but they won't.

RB is a far greater need since our QB throws 80% of his passes to Lamb or TE. Those numbers won't change, probably ever.
I'm leaning that way. I think we need to make sure we get a high-quality RB, so I'd be good with spending the first-round pick on one.

If Jeanty is there, I'd take him. I'm not sure if I'd want to spend 12 on Omarion Hampton, but maybe take him with a slight trade down. (If they did take him at 12, I wouldn't complain.)

Come back with a second-round receiver like Jack Bech.

If we got the trade-down, I'd use the extra pick on a DT or CB.

Something like:
20 Omarion Hampton (ranked 14th by Daniel Jeremiah)
44 DT Joshua Farmer (ranked 43rd by Jeremiah)
51 WR Jack Bech (not in Jeremiah's top 50)
