I'm looking on Ebay at authentic Roy Williams jerseys, but they come in different sizes (size 50, size 54, size 60, etc)

What size should I get?

I'm 6'1", 185lbs, and my dress shirt sizes are 16 by 34-35

Anyone have any idea?

You should go with a 50. Possibly a 48. 52 will be too big for you.
