What teams on our 2006 schedule besides Skins are just as screwed with no CBA?

I'm assuming the Jets are one of them because they released so many players?

Which teams are in the same situation as the Skins and will have to make drastic cuts and rookie signings to survive?

And how many of them are on our schedule next year?

Also, which of the following teams on our schedule will benefit most from this problem because they have the largest cap room to grab some of these players that might otherwise not be available?

Giants?
Eagles?
Saints?
Buccaneers?
Texans?
Colts?
Lions?
Falcons?
Panthers?
Jaguars?
Titans?
Cardinals?

I think the Bucs will have the second toughest time of it.
