I dont expect Fitzpatrick to throw 5 touchdowns, but I do expect Dallas to have at least 3 turnovers, and maybe even a pick 6. And Watt will get at least 2 sacks.

Well, with all honesty...they do sort of have a point (until this year)...and that point is the best kept secret of the Cowboys currently, although Murray's rushing will make it not so secret pretty soon. As more game film lands in the hands of defensive coordinators, they will soon recognize what "so far" has been a real change in offensive philosophy. Pity they can't keep teams thinking like your Texans fans. Dallas just has to show they will stick with run, even when opposing DC's scheme against it.

I agree about running it but as defense pulls safeties as NO would last night we have to make them pay with plays to Dez and Williams. NO felt they could add a man to the box and double on Dez and T. Williams made them pay with a couple of TD catches.

I think our offense will shread Dallas. Claiborne and Carter are out. That's their two best players I think.

Good one! I think Mo being out is a blessing, the coaches didnt seem willing to play Moore over him, now they have to.

They will have a plan to keep Watt away from Tony. One of the best things to do in this case is our strengh which is running the football. Stay out of 3rd and long situations and keep doing what they are doing.

You can't blame other teams for their tendency to underestimate this team a bit but it might well serve as an advantage this early in the season before we've succeeded in convincing everyone what we're capable of. I'd like nothing better than to know our good fortune isn't destined to fade back into mediocrity. Only time will tell, though.
In the meantime, let these other teams take us for granted to their heart's content. It'll serve our purpose well.

I read that entire thread and you could see it started before the Cowboys game and as the game went on the comments turned from beating Dallas as a sure thing to not sure they can hang. Just like we have homers, theirs said how if a million things go right they can win. Lol. It feels good to be on the other side of this conversation.

Most of them are expecting a loss, but the ones who expect a Texans' win have mostly valid reasons why they expect the Texans to win. More than the usual "Romo sucks" posts.

A few weeks ago houston sports radio had us as a win on their schedule. Now most of them are smarter but they're still saying dallas hasn't beaten anyone good this year.

I watched the game yesterday and have come to the conclusion that EJ Manuel is one of the worst first round QBs drafted in the last ten years. Watkins was wide open all day and Manuel very rarely could deliver the football to him.

Just seen where Orton will start next week over Manuel.

Pretty comical thread on their message board (with 15 people logged in talking about Tex Ann's football.) what had me rolling is that they think romo carries the team and don't really acknowledge the running game. They also think Fitzpatrick can throw all over the defense. Typical houston fans clueless as ever.

I saw a bit of the Bills/Texans flipping games yest & Manuel was missing wide open guys.

They left td's on the field.

Houston is good though. Miles ahead of where they were last year. O'Brien doing a great job.

A hamburger and ice tea sounds good about right now and to see how they react. There is one close by my work. Depends on how late I work.
I always wear my Cowboys cap around here. Not too many people make comments though. most the Texans fans I met been ok though.
