He threw to the open guy downfield. There's no panic or anything lol. It just took too long to reset after leaving the pocket.

The number of QBs who hit that throw when running to the left is basically 0. It's like Mahomes, Allen and maybe Herbert who can physically make that throw

The moment for me is when he threw that INT and he laughed it off. That showed me its in his head what the media is gonna say. And that is a bad thing for a Qb, they like kickers, once they lose confidence it's a wrap for them.

Yeah, I wanted to slap that smile off of his face! Who the hell laughs and smiles after mucking up? Can't wait for him to hit the bricks.

Folks keep waiting for the shoe to drop on Purdy but he’s the real deal; smart player; decisive with the ball; accurate; throws with anticipation; and doesn’t make mistakes.

You can win with a QB like that.
Planning to play a specific team helps too!

Cause it's in his head, he's probably thinking here we go again. That is bad for us lol

Wrong, a good HS QB throws that and it's not just completed in bounds, it's a TD. Dak lead him out of bounds when all he had to do was throw it down the field toward the end zone...

and Purdy doesn't even have a full season of NFL starting experience .
Dak has 8 plus years and can't hit that breaking in route at the 30. Throw the damn ball to the spot, it was there.
Locks in on 1 receiver and throws a rainbow out of the field of play. At least give the WR a chance to make a play for it.
I bet our backup makes those throws.

Lol nonsense.

It's fine to say he missed the throw, but why do you people have to say this trash? Like how can you actually write that and hit send?

He threw to the right target, just way too late. Cooks broke open as soon as Dak left the pocket. He needed to stop and throw it.
yep, the good ones have anticipation. they can see when a linebacker is on their fastest WR and know that even if the separation isn't there initially that it will be there. throw it to a spot and let the WR get there.

Then how come Dak is always running to His Left? It is like His Signature Play

When Prescott as a rookie did what Purdy is doing, all I heard is it was because of all the talent around him.

Purdy shows a lot of poise and good decision-making, but the skill position talent on SF is absurd and he's throwing to guys wide open, with no defender within 10 yards. I've rarely seen him have to make truly tough throws. That offense is so good that all he has to do is not screw it up.

Doubel AND triple down, eh?
Yep sure. I'll quad down on it too.

That is not a throw that NFL QBs hit often, like people are pretending. A flag 50+ down the field for a right-handed QB rolling left is not a throw that gets made routinely. It's laughable how people pretend that's an easy throw lol

He got ran off his spot, but he needed to reset and throw a better ball. Dude seemed scared or something.
I can understand that in the first 5 minutes of the 1st quarter. But after that, you gotta go out there, grab your sack, tune everything out and do what you do.

I heard the announcers talking about Purdy's dad being a pitcher in the minor leagues. I suppose that's where Purdy gets his cool head. Dak needs to work on the mental part, even if it takes finding an expert on the topic and working with them. It would help his game. He was scared all through the game last season too.
