Advantages...

QB - Giants Homo is still overrated until he plays a full season
RB's - Push
WR's Giants are one of the deepest in the league
TE's-Push
O-line - Giants
D Line - Giants
LB's - Push
Secondary - cowboys

Side note - I have been to Texas stadium, and the fans there actually had way more class than the Washington or Baltimore fans did.
