The Patriots are not going to the Superbowl.

If we go..we will face the Chiefs or Raiders.

Were you in a coma when Derek Carr went down for the season? You think Matt Mcgloin is beating the Patriots? Chiefs or Steelers IMO both have a small chance of beating the Patriots.

The obvious...time of possession, total yardage, score...and I will add dominance in all three phases: offense, defense, and special team.

But not an obvious, but I include: Being the first to 35 points in the game.

Name off 3 things that will win us a Super Bowl this year.

Mine are in no specific order:

A.) Convert on 3rd downs. I don't care how we do it, run or pass, short or long. When we convert on 3rd down, we're near unbeatable.
B.) Don't turn the ball over. No Dak fumbles, or interceptions or any other fumbles. Keep possession. Role players need to be fully aware.
C.) And finally, pressure the QB. Sacks and negative plays will come, as will the turnovers as a result. We've seen an uptick lately with Irving causing havoc.

If we can succeed in these three areas, I think we could be the favorite to win the Super Bowl this year, even with a rookie QB, and even facing the almighty Belichick/Brady Patriots.

Let's go get it.

Good stuff. In the area of fumbles, not only should Dak avoid them but Zeke had a couple of them in the last game that beg to be eliminated in the future. I'm sure the offensive staff will stress that point to him in the film room. Hopefully, it will impress him sufficiently and motivate him to squeeze the ball faithfully. He's been good about it in the past, so here's hoping he's learned his lesson. If not, the opposition will only be encouraged to punch it out of his grasp at every opportunity. Knowing him, I'm sure he'll listen to his coaches, though.

Zeke Elliott will pick up the point of impact necessity, soon enough. He already attempts to protect the ball more, now...

I think it comes down to two: protecting Dak and rushing the QB. Turnovers, third down conversion and just about everything else starts there.
