I would not put a date or time on it personally.

I think it has been pushed back for different reasons and I have a feeling this thing is going to carry on for some time.

My guess would be that somewhere around 4pm today, we'll officially learn of the arbitrator's decision to uphold the suspension.

Then, shortly thereafter the federal court will put the injunction in place and EE will remain active and play, for now.
