What to cook for the game

I was talking with a friend of mine here at work who is a Texans fans and he was telling me that his daughter comes over to watch the game with him and they decided the game day meal will depend on who the Texans are playing that day

For the Colts game they had Indiana Pork Tenderloins
For the Miami game you guessed it fish
New Orleans game he is planning on Gumbo

However he told me he is kind of stuck for the Pitt game as well as the Oakland game.
