As much as I'd like a safety, someone picked in 4th round probably won't start over Frazier, and would likely be inactive most of season beyond him and Heath. Butt would be interesting if still available. I wouldn't be mad at any pick they make to be honest. BPA at this point
I don't think Frazier is starting. If we draft Woods, I don't think Frazier makes the team.

You never know. Some on here were saying last year that you might as well not even pick a quarterback after the first round.

If we've got a safety that we like, bring him in and let's see how it turns out.

Peterman at QB if they think they can groom him into an acceptable player.

One of those awesome TEs Stephen Jones keeps talking about, and someone who can replace all the tackles lost by Church and Wilcox.

The whole draft should be about that. Why wait until the last 4 pounds to draft BPA?
Sure it should, and is to a rational extent.

I mean, if RB was top on our board for three straight rounds and we had a 3 down 22 year old league leading running back on the team, we (or any rational team) certainly wouldnt 3 straight RBs.
BPA is not pure and blind to need and never has been.

Safety is the obvious position to draft for, plus we will add an OL at some point but as a development guy and not RT competition.

You would have to think Woods is the pick in the 4th because its a pick of need, he visited the team and Stephen Jones made the same comment he did yesterday about CBs - "we still have good players at safety available in the next round".

Also RB Donnel Pumphrey if he is still available at a value round like 6th round.

One thing you can be sure of, McClay has stayed true to sticking to his Power 5 conference philosophy.

I'd expect more of the same tomorrow, it's produced excellent results thus far
