I was watching Giants & Cowboy game at same time and didn't see why it took kicking team so long to get set. Why does everything come down to few seconds to get ball snapped for this team. We read that Garrett takes that time out because only 6 seconds left on clock. Its been discussed how bad of decision that was by Garrett but what was reason for kicking team to not be set and only 6 seconds left on clock?

I dunno, but you'd think with all this process and getting better every day talk they would have focused a little bit on this. Oh well..

He probably couldn't decide if he actually wanted to kick the field goal.

They love taking their time. If you don't use the seconds then it just goes to waste  Same thing happened in the Commanders game when Romo almost took that timeout because they almost didn't snap it in time

6 seconds is an eternity especially to snap the ball if you are lined up which they were. Problem is that even on regular plays, Romo snaps the ball with only a few seconds left, so this should not have been an issue. Add to the fact that they indeed did get the kick off and it was good just makes it more maddening.

It seems we don't understand the concept of game management. It is just something that is not in Garrett's wheelhouse.
