Anyone here know what Orlando Scandrick was looking at when the ball was in the air on the Nate Washington TD? He seems to be looking to the sideline and by the time he finally got his head turned around the ball was in Washington's hands. I have no idea what he was doing there. Any good explanations?

He was looking at the official to see if he was going to be flagged for PI.

well its time to fire Campo and Maxie

I mean the secondary looked lost the whole game

they only who did not was Newman

an do we have a FS or a SS

I did not seem them

If Jerry would stop drafting linebackers, we would have a decent safety by now.

Then we'd all be complaining about the LB corps. Fact is it's just one of those years you know?

Childsplay is correct. For some stupid reason, Scandrick wanted to check if the contact he initiated was being flagged, so he glanced at the sideline ref while the ball was still in the air. One out of the many stupid plays that day.

The WR played the old "Hey, look over there!" trick.

Or else he told him Jenn Sterger was on the sideline near the endzone.

John Candy. He was end zone eating popcorn.................

He may have been looking because he was supposed to have help from the invisable Ball. Bad idea to start this guy he wasn't in position Sunday and it's not the only game.
