What was the most painful loss of 2005?

It's gotta be the skins loss. I didn't feel threatend the whole game, thats how confident I was that we had the game in the bag, then ZAP!!!! A prodder right to the genitals. That's how it felt. I guess that's why it was the worst.

Seattle game easily. We shut them down all game. Funny thing is the fluky Bledsoe pick which led to a field goal for them was an ominous sign. That gave them momentum heading into the half. That game really really hurt.

Skins easily. I hate it when we lose to them more than any other team. And what made it worse was that we had the game the whole time then we just gave it up.

no doubt not even close- the Dead skins game was the most painful loss of the past three years

The Seattle game may have proven the most costly over time, but in terms of how you felt after every game and the morning after, what was the worst loss of 2005? The one you want back the most?

I gotta go with Oak. We should have had that game, they suck.

The Gints and Edskins games were run of the mill if you ask me. Those divisional rivarly games can literally go either way regardless whom the better team is. Guess something I've just grown used to over the years and come expect from time to time.

The Broncs game didn't bother me either. In my eyes we won a large battle that day. In front of a national holiday crowd we stood toe2toe with one of the undeniable leagues best and took them right down to the wire.

That Seattle one can go somewhere close to that Oak game though. One that would have been really nice to truly establish ourselves at the top of the NFC with.

I tell ya though, that Championship or Super Bowl loss we have coming up next month, now that is going to be a killer.

i could just see the look of pain on all of those boys fans when we closed out the game on MNF.

I have a feeling you wont be in a good mood after sunday.

The seattle game was the worst feeling cause we had it wrapped up and blew 10 points at the end. It was the way we lost that bothered me, the trying to make something happen in desparation and giving the game away. The missed FG and the 2 fg's made by seattle over 50 yards in the rain. we really outplayed them the whole game, then they spring off that to run away with the nfc while we struggled througy a few games afterwards.

The giants was the worst game to watch though as we got beat the entire game. But since it looked bad from the start it didnt leave me with the bad feelings and what if's that some of the other games did.

Seattle was disappointing because i was there so it sucked to see us blow it but after Cortez missed the short FG early in the 4th, I knew we would lose.

Yeah-while the good news is that the winner will make the playoffs, the bad news is that this winner will likely make a quick exit in the playoffs.

Really-the NFC East is over-hyped, even more so than Lindsey Lohan.

I agree that the choke job is the most painful loss in 2005. To lose that game in that way. Watching Roy turn into toast. OUCH!!!
