We need a backup QB. Romo being out for 4 games or whatever it was killed any momentum we could have gotten and we never seemed the same when he came back. Brad Johnson has had a nice career, but he wasn't good enough to run this offense. We need a backup that can at least manage the game
We need a healthy Felix Jones. His speed early this season made us look hard to stop. Choice and Barber are both good backs, but Felix Jones can be a game changer with his speed. I think he is some of the reason our offense didn't fire the last half of the season.
We defensive backs that can actually tackle. Hamlin didn't do this well when we needed him to. I remember Roy Williams making some big tackles last year even though he couldn't tackle half the time. We need a DB that can make the tackles when we need them to be made. Hamlin hasn't really done this in big games this year.
Last of all we need Romo to quit throwing stupid INTs. I feel like he's Brett Favre from the late 90s to mid 2000s when he didn't win a playoff game because he made too many stupid passes. You can't make mistakes at QB. Romo will win us some games with his style, and making those crazy throws. But he also loses a lot of games with them. Pittsburgh game is a prime example.
