What would be a drop dead date for season?

Anyone have an idea of what a final date would be to be get negotiations done so that a regular, not truncated, season could be played?

I don't imagine that they would have a full season if they don't reach an agreement until October 1st. Even if you just have a 2 week training camp, you're talking about a mid-march SB or something like that, and I can't believe they'd try to play on 2 weeks practice. So more than likely, if it takes that long, we're probably looking at a 10 or 12 game season. I'd say it's probably more like September 1st if they plan on having a full season and full playoffs, and even that might be pushing it.

That's a lot of insiders. How do you do it? On top of that, today just happens to be the 23rd. We shall see.
