What would Sean Payton change?

nothing.
he is exactly the same as coach mccarthy except for shirt size.
although sean payton isn't missing any meals based on his recent appearance.

there is 1 difference.
he wears a visor.

there.
the 1 change he would make.

Payton would have his own offense, his own OC, possibly his own QB coach. And he would have to have an agreement with the Jones in how
much leverage and say so control he'll be allowed to have ... and what will Not be within his realm. (ala Wil McClay draft and personnel works)

- Offense is Payton's strength and rep. He should be allowed his own coordinators and position coaches.
But the Jones have been known to meddle and dictate otherwise.
Who goes ....(ala Mike Nolan, Jim Tomsula) . and who stays (ala OC Kellen Moore, QB coach Musseheir, LB coach Ben Bloom)

- Payton may or may not be able to dictate and choose his own DC, whereas the Jones have overruled HC's and coordinators as well, (ala Wade Phillips's Brian Stewart)

- What i'd be concerned with Peyton is a tendency to abandon the run, and go pass happy and his choice of DC, (should Quinn depart)

i think Payton would make the RBs in the pass game far more creative, effective than what we are seeing under Kellen.

McCarthy has not been able to run his offense that he had in GB.
No john kuhn FB, ...no misdirection running plays, ...no RB screen passes

He would change the offense. And the culture. The later hiding this team back from winning anything significant.

How many close games against quality teams do we have to lose until people realize it’s the coach info that’s a problem. Great coaching in the Nfl makes a difference. We win that game Sunday with Sean Peyton

Look at NO now vs when he was there post Brees... something would change IMO

He might make the offense better, but offense isn’t what’s plagued this team for 2 decades.

Also, are we certain he’s worth anything without Drew Brees?
