First prime time game calls for vittles and for some, adult libations. I am all about the adult libations and only go to Communion when they're cracking a bottle of the real thing, no Welch's will do.

So, what's on the menu for Sunday night? And if you're doing something exotic, liked smoked yak on a bed of yucca infused polenta, a recipe would be appreciated. Just so happens I've got a yak in the freezer and need to cook it soon anyway. I've been waiting for the neighbors to be gone so I can brine it in their swimming pool.

I hate night games. Can never stay sober that long and get sleepy. Find someone with a saltwater pool. Chlorine taste like ****.

night games annoy the ever loving crap out of me, with one eye on Monday and having to watch my alcohol intake (somewhat)

I grill every weekend, typically on Saturday, so I think I'll just order in.... nothing exciting, pizza or chinese perhaps?

I live in The Colony, anyone close to me have any recommends for take out? they've built like 100 new restaurants around here lately

Probably Chicken & Chorizo with Cilantro Lime Pizza

Eating out before hand at Bar/restaurant and hopefully watch both the Eagles and the stEAlers lose. Ok. Maybe 1.

Then straight beer after that.

I'm eating cough drops right now.

Waiting for the wife and kids to get back. Then gonna cook up some corn dogs and pesto/pasta for lunch. :)

Need to take the kids to grandparents' house so I can watch the rest of Sunday's games in peace.

Dozen steamed top necks. Alaskan king crab legs actually its the two front legs with the claws, steamed. Jumbo lump crab cakes. Lobster raviolis no sauce with a little Reggiano Parmesano. Meyers Rum, Crown Royal Apple, on the rocks. 630pm-7pm est kickoff.

Green chili cheeseburgers. Just picked up freshly roasted pablanos. Washed down with ice cold Bohemia beer.
Don't get much better for game feed.

Made some fresh bone broth this weekend. Organic chicken slow simmered for 24 straight hours. Lots of meaty and jointy bones to make sure to get that nice flavor with a mix of minerals and collagen/gelatin/glutamine. Making a nice pot of ramen (rice noodle) with the broth with some shrimp, carrots, peas, and with a bit of garlic and ginger. Household is all coming down with something :( so it's time to bust out the big guns.

Gonna have at least two big bowls!?! Comfort food. ;)

Well when I lived on the West Coast I couldn't get enough Monday night games happy hour plowed by 9 home passed out in bed by 10

Now that I'm on the East Coast I'm going to have some ribs during the late game a few beers and then sit there with indigestion when the game starts go Cowboys

I made pork spare ribs and a couple of pork butts. Made them yesterday so reheat them, I wouldn't have time to make them today.

Milanesa de pollo with cream gravy and jalapeños (great combination). Dessert waits just above its freezing point.
