Whatever happened to Okoye?

Rod must not have had good things to say about him.

I've been waiting for this move the entire offseason & frankly I'm still waiting for it...... Don't know why, I guess it just fits too well

He could be the perfect post-week 1 signing where the money is not guaranteed. If we have a spare roster spot.

This was last preaseason:
Bucs DT Amobi Okoye's knee has continued to be a problem throughout training camp despite his June scope.
"It’s not just one surgery," said coach Greg Schiano. "He has a history with that knee." Okoye has missed the Bucs' last two preseason games and practiced sparingly. Tampa Bay's interior defensive line is going to be a major weakness again this year. They'll be a running game to target in fantasy matchups. Wed, Aug 29, 2012 04:12:00 PM

He then signed with the bears and only played in 9 games and registered 1 sack and 13 tackles. Needs a year off, best thing for him.
Dallas looked at him around July 23-25 timeframe.
