What's a good comparison for DeMarvion Overshown?

It was a successful play for Dallas, but Overshown left his area of responsibility with TWO eligible receivers in it. If Watson still remembered how to play football, that's a first down.

Lol. Yes- a gifted athlete recognized his receiver of responsibility had lost visual contact with his QB and believes he now has an opportunity to "burn the boats" if he can get there in X < 1.3 seconds.

And did exactly that. That's talent.

What's a good comparison for him? Could he develop into a Fred Warner level player? Warner was also a 3rd round pick with similar measurables.
Hard to say, because even going off of college film we dont know alot. When he came out he was an ascending talent who was expected to be a better NFL player than he was a college player

Night and day vs last year and the guys recovering from ACLs. A few months more of recovery makes a difference. Overshown great game, Diggs an INT, now Stephens can hopefully prove himself with Fergy gone because Schoon won’t be that playmaker.

At least he would have an excuse if he was....
It was good to stay away from here, some of these people are just. I don’t know how they live their lives. I guess misery loves company is more than a cliché.

Linebackers who run like him simply don't exist.

He's more in the mold of Troy Polamalu and Bob Sanders with the way he plays in space - he has very little in common with the Sean Lees of the world.
