Watching the draft from Omaha Beach!!!!!!

My son is crossing from webs to Boy Scout tonight on the beach at St. Laurent, France about 500 meters from where D-Day landing happened. Today is one of the best days of our lives.

I'll be watching via interwebs, and hopefully some of Parcells rubbed off on Jerruh.

That IS holy ground and you should see the way it is maintained! In 1956 France donated 70 acres for the cemetery and it is one of the most stunningly beautiful places I've ever been.
