Whats happening with Efe Obada?

Anyone know whats happening with Efe Obada lately. Googling, I see we released him and Kansas City grabbed him then Falcons grabbed him and maybe he is back with Kansas City but I'm not sure. We had hopes for him as a starter someday and wonder if he has gotten any regular season starts for any team?

He was literally working in a warehouse in London when he was "discovered", so that wouldn't be a stretch. I hope he can make it though, dude is seriously athletic as **** but never got any training at all.

Im sure he got some income from the 3 teams he was temporarily on. He could of been physically fine but as I found out this week trying to get the hang of Madden 08 for the PC, there is much more to football than being physically capable; you have to learn the playbooks and understand the plays. Maybe he didn't pick up all the technicals of NFL football. I have since deleted Madden 08 (way to complicated for me) in favor of Jack Nicholas Perfect Golf as my sports game.

Guys like him just put them in and see what happens. It either goes one way or the other and you will know after 20 snaps. This also works in practice which is probably why no one is interested in giving this guy playing time

I don't think the hopes for him were ever that high. They took a small chance on a big longshot. It didn't work out and they moved on.

I thought his raw potential would get him some practice squad looks but it appears that the climb to realizing that potential is too steep. It's tough to learn at his stage in life what other players have been practicing since they were barely out of diapers.

Obada was a benchwarmer for a semipro team in London. If he was good enough to get seriously looked at by several NFL teams, what about the more experienced better players who started ahead of him in London?
