We have a lot of work to do but we pulled it off on the defensive side of the ball. That was big and hope to keep building confidence for Jan

When you look at the game as a whole. We got 4 turnovers, 3 sacks, 160+ yards of rushing, 280 yards of passing. Just about 450 yards of offense and 36 minutes of T.O.P. Yet we barely won 26-20. We left so many points on the field with untimely holding penalties, bad play calls and rookie mistakes by Dak (holding the ball to long). We should of won by at least two TDs.

The pass rush was getting to Dak off and on too. I am amazed he only missed 4 throws. Don't think he missed one 2nd half.

Dungy's comment was just weird. We've only lost one game at home, and that was by one point in Dak and Zeke's very first NFL game over three months ago.

To answer the OP, if we had beaten the Bucs like 28-3 or 31-14 or even 31-17 we would have gotten more respect. The game was too close.

Don't get me wrong! I'm happy with a win. Heck yeah! Go Cowboys. Just answering the question

Dungy after the game:

"No NFC team should fear going into Dallas. They are a very beatable team."

Well, yeah, isn't every team beatable? Can't you just give us some credit for grinding out a tough win against a hot and good team? Unreal to me. lol
I really don't like Dungy all that much. I feel as a coach he was an underachiever in big games and lucked up in his one Super Bowl and him getting in over Jimmy is still irritates me.

All this talk about Tampa this Tampa that and all this their defense is elite crap and we put 450 yards on them almost 30 points with Bailey's two missed FGs and some penalties. They were on a 5 game winning streak or whatever and were coming in hot so don't give me this crap Dungy. Shutup.

Also I just don't care what he says about the Cowboys. Out of all the teams in the NFC I will take the Cowboys over the field. Seattle can't score and their defense took a hit losing Thomas. NYG we know has beat us twice but those games could have gone either way and they may have to beat us again. The Packers may not even make the playoffs and barely beat the Bears today and we've already smashed them once. The Falcons are inconsistent and haven't really shown they can beat the really good teams in the NFL. The rest of the NFC: Lions, Bucs, Skidmarks, please.

The good thing about this is we will get a bye week and we will not have to play all of these teams so whoever is left by time our first game comes around will have to play excellent football on both ends to beat us. Dungy can go to you know where.

Why isn't Brandon Pettigrew on this team? 6'5 278lb blocking TE just released by the Lions.

Comeon this is what we need, plus he can do some catching too. This is frustrating me

Good. I don't want respect, I don't want to be the "favorite." Let the Giants, Packers, and Seahawks get all the love

And the special "pass rusher" our team has been missing may already be on the team.

Do I have to say his name?
Irving has played well but he needs more playing time and I still want a special player. We make a move for a top DE in the draft and you have a great core of young guys with Collins and Irving then new pass rushing end

I definitely can see what everybody is saying. The Boys haven't been perfect the last couple games. I try not to sound like a homer, I know we have flaws, but it's not like this team just backed in to a win tongiht. They stuck it through and fought hard to get this win through quite a few miscues. Not to mention the defense has stepped up pretty big with the amount of injuries we have seen on that side of the ball this year. I think there is something to be said about all of that. Not all wins are going to be beautiful.

He's seeing more flaws in this team, that weren't there for a lot of that 11 game win streak. We pulled off the win tonight but could have very easily turned into a loss.
I think he's looking more at the past three games...where the offense, particularly in the second half has been lackluster. In December of 2014, Dallas was avg 41 ppg, with an avg winning margin of 21 ppg, en route to a 4-0 record. They were rolling big time...this year not so much (16 ppg/ 4 ppg winning margin).

There are no flaws in the team other than PENALTIES by BLOCKERS. If we hadn't had those tonight, then we probably score 35-42 points. Last week, we would have scored more than 10 for sure and in Minnesota we would have scored 30+.

That is literally the only difference I see. As far as Dak goes, he two worst games were after a bye week and after 10 days rest. It may be that he loses his rhythm a bit.

But he was gold tonight.
