The first violation is the cost of this garbage. Anyone willing to pay that kind of money for something as gross as a hotdog is already looking at an unwise decision. Thinking the shlub handing it to is all that clean is in another world. The way these types of jobs are viewed, no one wants them and the people forced to have them want them even less.
