Jerry Jones does not feel hatred towards Cowboys fans. Cowboys fans are a large segment of his targeted audience. They and others contribute to his football-related revenue. Exceptionally few businesspeople hate the color of green.
Jones feels indifferent to his clientele. He does not feel it is necessary to meet his customers' primary wants, which is someone managing an annually, highly competitive football team. Instead, he has always tried appealing to their secondary desires, such as a great venue, flashy apparel, food, etc.
He is not unlike the original (and some current) bra manufacturers. Targeted customers demanded the product be comfortably wearable, uncomplicated, specific to every wearer, durable, etc. Instead, manufacturers were indifferent to what their customers actually wanted, while producing an uncomfortable product that was sometimes complex, lacked durability, etc.
Jones has made it plain how he feels. He bought the team to run it the way he wants. If he hates anything, it is whenever anyone gets in his face and questions his wisdom and ability to run his team correctly.
