What's Next Jerry?

Jones feels indifferent to his clientele. He does not feel it is necessary to meet his customers' primary wants, which is someone managing an annually, highly competitive football team.
He has made it crystal clear he doesn't give a crap about the fans.

There's no hatred toward us.....just apathy and disdain toward the plebeians that lap up his product.

When I shoo a gnat away it's not personal......just business.

He basically just told us that he bought the team as a toy for him and his sons to play with, and if you don’t like it, too bad.

There’s no amount of failure that’s going to change it, and it’s bound to get worse from here before it gets better.
Exactly! He also stated that Nobody could run the team better than him.
He's stuck on himself and nothing is going to change that, not winning, not losing, nothing. Like you said, it's his toy.

Exactly. His most recent comments should dispel any further counter-argument on the topic.

Jerry Jones has spoken many times about how much he appreciates Cowboys fans since he bought the team in February 1989. I sincerely believe he has never meant his vocal appreciation for fans to supersede his own desires. If he ever had thought that way, he would have tried hiring (and immediately firing) someone else as GM for at least one day out of the 13,111 days he has maintained the title.

One. Day. That signifies just how much he really cares what his running the team means to fans.
