My wife makes it with ground beef also

I use 1lb of ground beef and 1lb of filet cut up into cubes, can also use round steak or any steak for that matter. Most important, no beans!

Yeah everybody cleared the house while my friend got the fire extinguisher. Now everybody is sitting here hungry.

Steak au poivre, baked potatoes with everything, and a bottle of wine. The perfect meal.

Fried crappie, hush puppies, spicy Asian slaw, Shiner, homemade banana ice cream.

Pork BBQ, with mustard based sauce, collard greens, and BBG beans. I actually did this yesterday, but it was so good and I had plenty of leftovers I am eating it again today.
