I'd hate to "settle" for assistants. I've read Norval wants Chryst too. Jerry need to make it happen.

Huh? If you take "as long as it takes" to hire assistants you may just find that all the good ones have already been hired.
Your comments remind me of those made by posters that said "who cares" that it was taking BP too long to decided if he was coming back. Meanwhile, some very good coaching candidates were hired. We were left to settle between Norval Turner and Wade Phillips. Let's hope Wade pans out and lets hope he gets moving on picking his staff.

Phillips is moving on getting assistant coaches and has brought in and hired assistant coaches thus far this is not a big concern.
