Whats the deal with 1st quarter

Anybody can do some analysis on our scoreless 1st qtrs. Does this have any signifcance in the team underperforming?

May be if they get a lead , their confidence will take over the game. :bang2:

We've scored in four first quarters, and we went 2-2 in those games. We've been shut out in four first quarters, and we're 2-2 in those games. There's not exactly a correlation there.

Besides, in two of those first-quarter shutouts, we scored a touchdown on a drive that BEGAN in the first quarter and ended early in the second.

Yes, like that Eagles game last year. Just come out slingin right off the bat. Hopefully all big plays to T.O to shut everyone up.

It's not a huge issue, yet. But part of the problem is the defense. In the Washington game, the Skins basically has the ball for the first 10 minutes of the game.

If Dallas could've kept the Skins first 2 drives down like they had the rest of the game, Dallas would have been on pace to have a time of possession advantage of around 37-38 minutes.
