Opening scene (Limo driver) to Dumb and Dumber. Kills me everytime...

Jim Carrey posing as a passenger in his own limo to a hot chick on the side of the road:
Jim: "Excuse me. Could you tell me how to get to the medical school? I'm supposed to be giving a lecture in 20 minutes, and my driver's a bit lost"
chick: "You go right, over da bridge."
Jim: "That's a lovely accent you have there. New Jersey?"
chick: "Austria"
Jim: "Well then... Gooday mate! He he. Let's throw another shrimp on the bawwbie!"

Jim Carrey talking to his passenger in the limo on their way to the airport:
Jim: "Why you goin' to the airport? Flyin' somewhere?"
lady: "How'd you guess?"
Jim: "Well I saw the baggage and the airline tickets and I put 2 and 2 together."

Jim: "I got worms."

Jim Carrey saying goodbye to the lady he just drove to the airport:
(she attempts to tip him)
Jim: "No, I couldn't possibly accept that. Not after all we've been through. (they only met 15 minutes ago)
lady: "Well, okay. Thank you."
Jim: "Wait. Come here" (extends his arms for a hug)
(they embrace)
Jim: "Mmmmm." (he squeezes her and begins to tear up) "I hate goodbyes."
lady: "Thank-"
Jim: "Shhh." (presses finger to her lips and whispers) "Just go."

Speaking of "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles", what about:

John Candy: "Where is your hand?"

Steve Martin: "Between two pillows."

John Candy: "That's not pillows!!!!!!"

I got in on this late and I've seen a couple that make my list:

-- Jeff Daniels on the toilet in Dumb and Dumber. The sheer look of panic on his face when the girl knocks on the door and tells him the toilet is broke is priceless.

-- The hair gel scene with Cameron Diaz and Ben Stiller in There's Something About Mary. Also, when Matt Dillon gets too close to Diaz's brother's headphones and he punches Dillon's lights out.

-- John Belushi going through the cafeteria line in Animal House.

-- Rodney Daingerfield at Bushwood's evening dinner in Caddyshack. He has several classic lines. Actually, that whole movie is full of gems.

-- Lots of scenes in Christmas Vacation (especially any with Randy Quaid's character ... Cousin Eddie).

Not at all. They could be carried!

Haha,

It could grip it by the husks!

One of my favorite scenes is where Arthur is trying to convince the peasants that he is King.

Listen, you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you.

Yep, cousin eddie is hilarious. I love the shirt he is wearing when him and Clark are drinking eggnog.

Three of my faves that haven't been mentioned yet...

Madhouse (Kirstie Alley & John Larroquette), the cat keeps dying... microwaved, drowned in the aquarium, but the best was when the cat sniffs the box of cocaine. The police come up and the cat is running in circles and keeps getting fastes and his meowing keeps getting louder and higher pitched. Than he falls over and bites it.

Encino Man (I know I know)... Pauly Shore is eating dinner with Dave's family... "if you're taxed cause I'm weezin on your grindage just chill, cause if I had the whole Brady Bunch thing happening at my pad, I'd go grind over there... So don't tax my gig so hard core custer." I remember watching that the first time and going "HUH??" Then we rewound it numerous times and it just got funnier.

Rat Race. Jon Lovitz and Adolf Hitler. If you've seen it, you know what I'm talking about...
Lovitz and his family stole Hitler's car, burned his tongue, and had lipstick across his upper lip (accidentally)... They crashed the car into a WWII veterans reunion, and he got out and began to speak (incoherently) flipping off the crowd and making "Heil" gestures.

The Naked Gun series (and the TV show) had many classic lines, such as Nordberg in the hospital, Drebin thinking Ed has propositioned him (¨sex Frank?...¨), Drebin´s first date with Priscilla Presley´s character, etc.

Spinal Tap is another goldmine, as is Airplane!

It´s not a movie, but the U.K. version of The Office might just be the funniest thing ever made.
