Maybe a little. What really drove fans over the ledge was how the entire 2024 season was handled. No accountability for the Green Bay disaster (MM keeping his job). They followed that up with a massive disappearing act in free agency, the draft stunk, and the cherry on top happened when Dak was signed to his franchise crushing contract on opening day (had to maximize the media attention...).
And then what did Jerry do once the season ended? He denied permission for MM to interview with Chicago, then released him a week or so later. It was a massive chicken poop move on Jerry's part.
It blows my mind how all that all of that happened and the usual lemmings are not only buying right back in, they're praising the offseason moves made. What was so special that no other front office on the NFL wasn't already doing?
