Has he been working on this in practice?

He's getting old and the feet are the first thing to go...now he's resulting to "tricks". Don't worry...this is his last year here.

Well, the NFL folks will see this on tape and give him another fine, i would suspect. I can't believe he continues to do this every game. The game is hard enough without having to deal with that junk.

While it does look like a trip, it could be that he was just knocked off balance & his leg caught the defender. Given he's paying out the ying yang on fines for this, would seem odd to continue doing it.

if thats true, we need to draft a top young OT in the draft for sure next year. There are a ton of young offensive linemen coming out next year. If i am right and read what i did, should be some really good ones available even in the 2nd round.

suppose to be very rich in draft next year in qbs, wr's and offensive linemen, and safeties.

one thing about it, im sure the nfl will see it on tape too, and if they think he did it on purpose im sure that the nfl league will fine him again.

The one called on TC last night was a bad call IMO. I don't think he did anything to even impeed the player being blocked.

I don't believe you actually have to impede someone to get a legwhip call.

Felix tried to impede with the legwhip. The fact that he failed is irrelevant as far as the rules are concerned, I think.

I saw the play and I did not think it was a leg whip. He went to the turf, head first and his legs did not seem to go out as much as they just went up in the air. The guy was by him before he even hit the ground. I thought it was a bad call.

It was pretty blatant.

Good call by the refs, I think.

The fact that he legwhipped and missed is my issue. if you're gonna DO IT and catch a flag...............bring the dude down.

Really, you thought so?

I guess I'm a homer then. I honestly didn't think there was enough there to call that.

Yeah that was an awful call, his legs just happened to be up in the air due to his awkward fall and even then he barely touched the defender.

yes, let's cut the best player on our oline because he gets a penalty a game called on him.

Championship!!

Agreed.

I am tired of all these 3rd - 7th round bums.

I just don't understand. He's just sticking his leg out and the defender is running right into it. Why do they keep running into his big outstretched leg?

A man has a right to stick out his leg, you know -- this is America, dang it.

the RB call was iffy IMO

really hard to tell if if was a really bad whiff that caused it, or even if you could consciously try to leg whip a guy as your whiffing your block

yea... that and because pro-bowl left tackles are so easy to find.
