Parcells has a track record of seeking out those he's familiar with - which explains Ireland and Fasano. I also think that EVERYBODY is intrigued by Garrett and that he's prolly the hottest commodity on any staff these days.

I don't think we will lose all 3 and as for BP his job and committment is to the Dolphins and he will look at people he thinks can help him. As for the 3 guys you named the only one BP brought in to the Cowboys was Sparano

Ireland was here well before BP and was brought into Dallas by Lacewell to start with. At 68 he retired but before he did had told Jerry that Ireland would be the best man for the job.

No Lacewell retired that is a fact, he was 68 years old and retired. It is also a fact that BP was not even around when Ireland was brought into Dallas and who did Ireland work under? You got it Lacewell that too is fact! I know the popular stance is to hate Lacewell and give him credit for nothing but look at certain facts and Ireland is not in Dallas if not for Lacewell.
