Greg Ellis is day-to-day. Now seeking 2nd and 3rd opinion.
Terry Glenn will be out 2 weeks. Now out the rest of preseason
Newman held out as a precaution. Now out the rest of preseason.
Kevin Burnett injures ankle but feels loose body in ankle. Post game, walking without a limp, will be fine. Do you believe this?

Are they being truthful or just screwing up the initial diagnosis? It seems like every "not a big deal" is turning into very big deal.

I think other than Ellis these guys are nicked up and the coaches are not going to put them in a pre-season game nicked up. They are not trying to make the team and this time off will allow them to be physically ready for the Giants game

I think the only one that might miss a game is Ellis.. everyone else would be playing if the games mattered. Since they don't, no reason to not let them rest. It also gives the coachs a good chance to look at other players.
