Like others have said, since he tweeted it at 4:30am, it's clearly him indicating that he just woke up. Most people don't wake up at that time, and clearly neither does Dez, which is why he felt the need to tweet about it. Maybe he was up at 4:30am to get a good workout in... that would be my guess.
