What's with the Megacast?

Is there another channel to watch the National Championship? That Megacast is annoying.....

Whats the Megacast? I'm watching on ESPN and it seems normal (in both the broadcasting and looking like yet another National Championship for Bama)

You're not getting the four guys on the side screen commenting on every play? I have a 50 inch TV and I'm watching the game on maybe 28 inches of that. Then they have news and notes scrolling across the bottom.....

No, just the two main guys (Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit)

ESPN has the traditional broadcast
ESPN2 has the Homers Telecast
ESPNW has the CFP Coaches Film Room telecast
ESPNC has Sounds of the game telecast
ESPNU has the ESPN voices telecast
ESPNG has the Command Center

ESPN has been doing this for several years now. Their other channels do split screen broadcasts of the game with coaches and others discussing the action.

I'm on Comcast and this is very frustrating trying to watch a game like this. I'm getting ready to tune to something else. I've tried all 4 ESPN channels and they're all the same. guess I'll just watch the highlights later.

Finally, I found one without the split cast.....

I dont think you'll be missing anything, its looking like another Bama wipeout, Clemson looks skerd and have been completely ineffective

If your main ESPN channel is showing one of the split screen gamecasts try watching one of the other ESPN channels. Comcast may have switched up things.
