Hit "insert image"(little icon with the mountains) then copy and paste the URL (assuming that the link isn't crap...since that took me to a page can't be found page).

Or save it to your hard drive, upload it to photobucket and copy and paste the UBC code on there.

Yup they have this football spectacular show every March and lots of Cowboys are always at it. I think this was the offseason going into the 07' season?
