Sunday 1:00- steelers/ dolphins
Sunday 4:30 - eagles/saints

Fun to Imagine a wc weekend ;p

I would rather be the number two seed. Greed. :)

Unless GB tanks, going to be hard to get the second seed. First seed went out the door when we lost to Zona, they are basically 3 games up on us now

Do not want to play Philly in the first rd.....they know us well and will be a tough game. Not sure how we even match-up with them yet, it could be real bad.

I am ok with playing Seattle again as long as it is in Dallas.

I am not typically a believe in the Lions, however, they have shown me something winning 3 in a row without Megatron and mainly without Reggie Bush.

IMHO, the Packers are not going to win the NFC North and therefore will not be the #2 seed.

In the NFC I see the seeds like this:
  1. Arizona
  2. Dallas
  3. Detroit
  4. Saints
  5. Seattle
  6. Green Bay

In what scenario is it possible to avoid playing seahangs and fecals? I'd rather play Cards, Lions, Packers in that order. I don't like repeat games they terrify me...

Why would it be real bad? Rather play Eagles than the defending champs.

Because I think McCoy and Sproles will shred our injured/missing and banged up defense. I am not so sure our offense can even hang with Philly...points wise. We will need all hands on deck for those two games.

We're in trouble if we can't hang with this incarnation of that Kelley offense with their backup at the helm. I like our chances against them on both offense and defense. It's their ST that I worry about.

That said, I don't like playing teams 3 times in a season if we can help it. Give me somebody from one of the other divisions in the conference, please.

Call me stupid, an idiot or whatever for what I am about to say......

IMO, Sanchez can run that offense, maybe even better than Foles. I don't think they miss a beat once Mark plays a few games. I was never sold on Foles, decent but not a franchise QB(nor is Sanchez).

We have minimal pressure up front, missing linebackers(2/3) from week to week. I just see those two speedy backs giving us fits. I don't think it will be hard for them to get to that 2nd level in our defense.

That team worries me due to match-ups and nothing else. I feel we have a better chance against the Colts and hope we, at least, can split with them.

We have to get guys back and stay healthy after the bye. This team can not continue to play musical chairs on defense the last six games. Oh, and we need that starting line back and a healthy Romo too :flagwave:

You might be right about Sanchez. We'll have to see. Kelley tailors that offense around the QB, so this week should be our first glance at what they expect to be able to do. Just going off of earlier this season, though, I'm not that worried about that group.

If anything, we tackle sideline to sideline better than we did last year, and last year we did a good job of handling their tempo and of tackling well. They're down their one player who can take the top off the defense. And I'm not worried about that backup QB at this point.

Defensively, we'll be able to run at that wide front, and having Ryans out is going to hurt them against us. I'll take it, as long as we're healthy.

I do agree, though, that the Eagles are always scary when they've got a decent team. They love the idea of taking it to us and trying to embarrass the Cowboys if and when they can. I'm really looking forward to that first matchup to see how the two teams stack up. It'd be nice to see our STs outside of Bailey playing better, though. A couple nice returns and no more blocked kicks between now and then would be a plus.

With the way we've played at home, we might be better off getting into the playoffs as the 6th seed.
