May I introduce Budgie, the best band you have never heard about.
That brings me back...
Me too. Bands move in and out of my playlist, but Pantera is always not far off. Lately though I've been listening a lot more to the point I'm heavily leaning towards buying a Randall Diavlo RD100H head.
I was classically trained in piano, myself. I like to play Jazz piano though, and pretend to play some Jerry Lee... lol - as if!
My brother is a monster on the guitar and is kind of well known, down in the Corpus Christi area.
I've played the bass for my bro's band once, or twice before, lol... hilarious. Boring!
I'd love to learn how to play guitar... always have.
Awesome. I just play for myself and my wife too. No pro aspirations, just something that interests me.I originally wanted to play drums, but my mother couldn't afford them. She offered to buy a Fender Squire guitar and Crate amp for $215 and I said okay. (that stupid guitar is worth a grand now! I wish I still had it!)
I don't play as a musician. I play solely for a hobby and enjoyment. I don't play with anyone else nor do I know a full song from start to finish.
My three favorite music types are (all types) of rock music, blues and classical. (Mozart, Chopin, Grieg, Karadaglić, etc)
Going to see these guys tomorrow night. Very Excite!
They did break up for a while but they have been back together for a long time now. I've seen the band probably 10 times. It's always a good show. The Toadies? I swore they broke up a long time ago. If I remember correctly, they use to play in bars and stuff around the Hulen area in Fort Worth before they got big.
