It was a weird, wintertime concert in the gym at Mansfield University, which is on a big hill. Snowing like crazy right outside the gym, but go down the hill—not a flake. Inside the gym it was like 90 degrees. After the show, a strange meet and greet. About a dozen of us sat in the bleachers, and the band walked by, shaking hands and signing autographs. Weird, but a good show. They’re from York, Pa. The album was called “Throwing Copper”. They had a song about their hometown, but it wasn’t what you’d call an endorsement, called “**** Town”.
