Not to break what's happening, but this is... wicked as hell.
I mean monster.
And yes, I do know the story behind Keoki. I like reading about pop culture and the Club Kids were a fascinating set of circumstances.

On to the song. It's a real slow burn, but I like long build ups, as long as they don't bore. I guess it feels more comfortable to write to for me, or something...

Anyways. Jump everybody jump. That's bad dude, HAVE A GOOD TIME:

Am I the only person that thinks KISS is overrated as heck?
I don't think I've seen a single song from them on this thread.

Yeah, they had a few hits. Nothing legendary, or groundbreaking...

I don't know... I don't even know why I'm talking about KISS, except that I thought that RATT always resembled KISS.
Oh God bless you, Corso! You are not alone.

Bruh, this Talib Kweli, I don't know him, there's just so much music, but he is FLOWING, spitting out Norman Mailer in his flow lol I love it. Bruh, this guy is going off. Love the soft, melodic keyboards in the background, too. How have i missed this guy???????

brudda, school us all. No one in this thread, with much love and respect to all of the posters in here, knows hip hop/rap like you do, mang. and i am comfortable making that proclamation

keep em coming, BigStar, my boi. help me discover more music

Talib was overshadowed by mainly Mos Def and Common at the time (smooth intelligence). He's got bars for days most definitely but got snubbed on radio play.

Speaking of Mos Def/collabing with Talib

Not the flow, but there’s a definite OutKast “Ms Jackson” and early Jay Z vibe to the vid, Star. Flows remind of Devin the Dude a lil, or am I off here? Be brutally honest, brudda
Ey Yung!...I almost compared him to Devin absent the hyper libido:D and erb aspect. Both have thought behind their bars and are humble in their story telling; no dealing, killing, more socio-cultural etc. Northern style and Southern versions of each other in a sense.
