We have two good KRs. I do wish we'd get a better PR, though. And no, not Newman.

I think Marion Barber would be our best option, thats because we got Julious Jones to back him up if he was to get injure, now if newman and crayton get hurt we are so screw.

Strangely he was back to return punts several times on Thursday. Unfortunately, he didn't get a chance to return one because they punted out of bounds every time.

Why does it really matter?

I would have rather a better kick/punt coverage team than return man.

Sure better field position is always nice but our offense can go the length of the field fairly easy this season.

All these ST TDs are just sexy, thats it.

When I saw Barber back there I was saying to my wife, "Oh hell no!! MBIII won't call for a fair catch no matter what and it will result in a fumble." Of course I could be wrong and he might be smart about it, but it sure doesn't seem like his personality. If he did catch it I'm sure he would get about a 40-50 yard return but unfortunately it would be measured from one sideline to the other.

I agree that Crayton calls for a fair catch when he does have room to run sometimes but at least he's not going to give up the ball very often.

Maybe we could clone Wes Welker?

I agree. We need someone like Welker to be a slot receiver and a threat as a return man. With his success, teams will fill the need to blitz Romo. We don't have a player with Welker's skills. A solid built small guy who can quickly get off the line and beat his man. The only player close to this is T. Glenn but he doesn't return kicks, may not play again, and is more fast than quick.

We need to use a #1 on a potential #1 WR. If we can't get someone in FA I could see using a mid-round choice on a player with these skills.

This post wouldn't have anything to do with Devin Hester's day yesterday, would it?

I'd think Marion would be too slow. I'd hate to see him break one open and get run down from behind.
