Wear your Jesey in public. I am 35 years old and was listening to some radio show and they said there is a 35 year old rule. That at 35 a grown man should not wear a jersey in public.

For the record I am a die hard fan and will wear my Jersey in Public on Gamedays only...

Opinions...?

I will wear a jersey when and where I want too. I seldom wear them, but it has nothing to do with age or appropriatness. I simply prefer T shirts.

Is that the rule on non-gamedays or for any day?

When I was younger I used to have so many jerseys and basically wear them all the time, but now I only wear my Cowboys jersey on game days. As long as you're wearing it on gameday, it shouldn't matter how old you are.

Not certain but I think the rule is that when the guy who sets up these rules on Jerseys starts paying my bills, then he can tell me what and when I can wear certain articules of clothing. For me, that's pretty much hard and fast.

Screw that rule lol.

Wear it when and where you want.

I once wore my Roy Williams jersey to a Brave/Philles game in Philly.

I know I said wear it when and where but I dont suggest doing what I did ;)

Screw anyone who says there is an age limit. (Just ask Cbz40 :D )

If you have a jersey, wear it loud and proud.

Wearing jerseys to a sporting event makes sense.

Wearing jerseys to run an errand on a Tuesday, is dorky -- regardless of your age.

I think game days, and day after victory days they are acceptable regardless of age.

I know this...person...in my town who has about a 9 foot beard and wears a jersey every day. Guy is the man and like 56:laugh2: point being, age doesnt matter for jerseys

I really would never wear a jersey out & about doing errands, eating doing whatever, but every gameday I wear a jersey to the local pub.

I actually had that typed but then I reworded my thought and forgot to add that back in. The day after a big victory is perfectly acceptable, especially if you have co-workers/friends who were rooting against your team. Just pick out a different jersey because no one wants to smell your stanky buffalo wing/nacho/beer stained shirt.

It all depends on how a secure person you are, and how well you could insult someone who even asks that question,

Screw that. I'm 41 and plan to wear my jerseys until I drop dead. Hell, they can bury me in one! ;)

If you have gray hair, a gray beard, or look like you're eight months pregnant, leave the jersey at home. There's a time to put down your toys and become men.
