When concept, program or idea is copied...

I remember seeing something a while back where something was copied. ie. a program, an idea, etc... basically a competitor claimed that theirs was the same as another companies.

It was a 3 or 4 word phrase/saying. Even had an acronym to it I believe.

Something like; "Same As ______ ______"

I could be off, maybe not with "same as" in it... just trying to remember.
