When did they make videotaping signals illegal?

I've heard 2006, is that right?

It makes no difference...if it was introduced in 2006, then Belicheater broke the rules, period.

Next question..

Makes no difference? That's a bunch of BS. This whole thing has been about them cheating during the Super Bowls, not against the Jets.

If it was 2006 then I owe all the Domers apologies for calling Weis a cheater. This is why I asked the question.

You dont find something unethical about having a guy in disguise on the other teams sideline videotaping signals?

Certainly your not stupid enough to think they were the only ones doing it if it was legal? Is it unethical to LOOK at the coach and see the signals? Why do you think offensive coaches cover their mouths when they call plays? Bad breath?

BS? Why? If you really think this is a one time thing, then you are very naive...

That's absolutely right -- the league did not outlaw attempts to steal signals -- that is totally legal and every team does it -- they only outlawed use of video equipment to do so.

You're right, all those reports about other teams doing it that have come out have certainly validated your sound line of logic.

Listen, again!! If the rule was instituted in 2006, he broke the rule in 2007!

Got it...no excuses. The NFL says from this point on, you don't do this...well guess what? He did it anyway...

When? 2006? If so then all the whining about the Super Bowls is just whining, all the crying about them winning 3 out of 4 is just crying. I'm not saying they didn't break the rules, I just wanted to know when it became illegal. The funny thing is I still don't know for sure.

There are a lot of naive people on the board.

I'm not saying he didn't break the rules, I'm talking about when. If it was legal before 2006 then everybody needs to shut up about the Super Bowls.

I guess you're one of the ones screaming about them cheating in the Super Bowls?

What about all of the other incidents at their staidum? Dead headsets going bad during a opponets series...huh? There are lots of teams saying the exact thing about playing the Pats...it's not JUST the video taping, there are other allegations too! What about those?

Why shut up about the SB's? The old saying, "If it smells like a rat, it's most likely a rat"..

Anyway carry on...

Get back to me when Goodell punishes them for that stuff, until then it sounds like sour grapes.

When did they make sleeping with 12 year old boys illegal? Or pooping on stranger in the subway - when did that get outlawed?

That's what I want to know.
