I'd say before 2021, but after getting rid of Garrett. I think Dak is still salvageable, and Garrett needs to be gone. However, Dak's contract might expire before long, so the FO might decide to send him packing anyway.

You know exactly what you would do if you were the general manager because you are certain what should be done in every situation to improve the franchise. No. This is not about what you would do. This is a question of what you think the guy below may do.

I think it will either be this year, or not at all for a while.

Its a cross roads year for us. I think if we miss the playoffs, Garrett is gone. After the season its likely we will extend Prescott if he is our true franchise QB. If we replace Garrett and don't extend Prescott, I think its all but guarenteed we take a QB in the first this year
