When does AOA start?

just curious on your opinions.

This year? Next Year? 2012 the latest?

If he didn't have to make all the pre snap calls and reads, I think you could plug him in day one. Unfortunately, he does. Why can't Sensy do that?

He seems intelligent. I say year 2.

We play some good Qbs next year and he won't be ready for that.

Probably next year. Missing some time because of his shoulder surgery will probably make his learning curve more difficult. Every rep counts when you're just starting out and after the entire draft class went down with injuries last year, I wouldn't be surprised if we eased AOA into contact. He can contribute as a return man this year though and I'm excited to see him develop as a safety, he has a very high ceiling.

Can't wait to see him make plays in the back half. Ed reed type ability lol.

Hopefully we sign a vet like Atogwe or Sharper for a year. No Ball.

It's a wait and see deal. Some get the NFL faster than others... and others don't get it at all.

I still see the Boys going after Atogwe.

It seems like players have a lot of breakdowns in Wades D before they know the system.

I think if they do sign a guy for one year, it would be Sharper, not Atogwe. I think Atogwe would like a longer contract than just one year.

Maybe, but I would rather have Atogwe longterm over Sharper for a year or two. There is no guarantee that AOA is going to "get it" next year or later so why bank on that right now when the Boys have a chance to dominate?

Besides, Wade's scheme with Safeties is interchangeable to a degree, so if anything, Sensi might be gone if Atogwe was signed and AOA gets it sooner rather than later.

FA is similar to the draft where you try to get the BPA as well.

Yeah. Hopefully they sign a vet or Hamlin really impresses. Cause Ball isn't the answer.
